JUSS RON " ONLY YOU"

Usually I post blogs detailing whatever I'm doing but I would like to just go over a song that I've been listening to over and over again when driving to work. "Only You" the title itself would make you think it's a song involving romance but it's a different love that is expressed in this track. When going over all of my troubles from work to relationship's from dating or family. Reflecting back to 2011 I spent a lot of time on the road driving to Atlanta and living in the small towns that surround Austin that I have often called my home and I still do for example Columbus,TX and Smithville,TX. Where I had a lot of time to think and my love for god grew to the point where I can express it openly in music and still young enough  to tap into secular hip hop.As a young christian I'm still going through a time period in my life where my faith is constantly questioned and I'm stereotyped or pushed in a direction that is not good for my life but may seem good for others or fit their agenda or definition of what a good christian is or should look like.But on another note please enjoy the music NOT JUSS A MIXTAPE 2.0 AMBITION THROUGH ADVERSITY is coming this month!!

The last 6 months I've been enjoying life as usual and recording in between time with Myrage with KB Media for the upcoming release online. The songs are very personal and inspirational and are a step above the last release fall of 2011.Majority of the production is from KB Media and Sam Wiz Cook. Some of the standout tracks already are "Something Forever","Praying Man"and "Stay Strong" from the song titles you should already be able to capture the mood and growth  musically and personally that is expressed in some of the lyrics.As of now the last song " Only You" is near completion and the follow up to "Stars Fall Too" Not Juss Mixtape 2.0 will be available online for download this month.

Not Juss A Mixtape - August 2011

Once again checking in on my blog for anyone at home following or just bored and in need of something to read. Not Juss A Mixtape the first volume is finally wrapped up and the final edit should be in my inbox within the next week which was shot in the heart of the 512- in downtown Austin,TX by the Houston based production company http://www.gfilms.biz/ and was directed by Joe Yayo who's worked with everyone from Chamilionaire,Trae and many other Texas Hip Hop artist.It's been a busy enjoying making music make sure you stay posted the mixtape will be available for free download on Datpiff.com and will be featured on the website.The recent photos were shot by " Alejandro Crisologo" www.AlejandroCrisolo​go.com ..and I can promise you the music is worth all the blogs and has a different tone than most music you here now and then.....

weekly update

Just checking in with another blog update.... This week I booked my second photo shoot and baked myself in the Texas Heat filming my first video/visual for the new mixtape which I consider my first official release. Worked with some guys in Houston,TX  I'm not going to name drop until the editing is done but its a well respected film company that has produced some of your favorite Texas videos old and new. But besides that I'm enjoying my Starbucks Coffee Frappuccino after I cleared a 1/4 of the snack Aile lol in the local convenient store. Also I just started a new twitter page the @jussron page is becoming a headache when it comes to logging in if I'm not on my mobile so please follow @jussronmusic  and ignore all negativity you hear online and in the streets trust me it is only a distraction!

Never Home So I'm sort of Hard to Visit

Well everything is still moving along besides of a few minor hiccups on ordering the clothing or if you would like to use the term "wardrobe" for the up and coming visuals and photoshoots scheduled for the next up and coming week everything is still going smoothly lol.... I've been spending most of my time in the Houston area getting everything ready a few stops at Katy Mills and wiggled my way through a jam at the Galleria you know how crazy Houston is.If you can and will please like my facebook page listed under Juss Ron and you can still add me if you would like on the standard page...currently working on the graphics for the mixtape cover and the myspace layout to keep everything moving along with twitter and ofcourse my blog site for those who care to read detailed follow ups besides the standard facebook status updates. Still staying one deep and keep everything traditional which means NO male friends only business partners when needed....It's crazy how the smiles when you down turn to hate mail....thats just the world we live in but by any means STAY BLESSED

Everywhere the Wind Blows

Just checking in on my blog ..I never leave a status update on facebook and not much of a tweeter so this is just a way for all my supporters to keep in touch with me ( key note: supporters) - not those  esp the weak so called men/women = haters messaging and stalking my every move get a life. But moving forward finally got my music mastered even after the fact I recorded it in a industry standard studio I still had to touch up a few levels which was sort of a headache but nothing major.Signed a contract for my two visuals being shot next month and working out the details for my move to the ATL soon to get everything or to keep everything turned up a few notches higher than the "sleepy city where my style was unheard of". Besides that life has been great I took a couple of years off from music to shake  a lot of people/leeches away and to get everything back on the right path if you have been following me locally since the " B-Will"  time pierod then you know whats up....LOL

Well this week was pretty much average just getting everything ready for mastering,shot a couple of looks with Imiko Images and locked a date for my first two visuals that you will see on some of your favorite hip hop video blogs. But other than music just staying blessed and stress free; Sometimes you have to delete everyone around you and start off fresh just to stay clear of unwanted and harmful baggage some can bring in the disguise of friends and people who portray the role of family. In other words music is great and life is becoming a lot better ....please continue to support me if haven't before you can always START now
